Is It Safe To Send Currency In The Post?

Yes,  Royal Mail Special Delivery insure currency and cover each package in case of loss or damage up to £2'500 worth. There is nothing on the package to suggest what is inside and needs to be signed for at the other end.

How will I receive my funds?

Your funds will be credited back to your WeSwap prepaid card within 3 working days of us receiving your currency. You will be notified by email once we receive the currency and again when we make the payment to your WeSwap account.

Where can I find my WeSwap account number?

Head to your WeSwap dashboard online or in the app. Tap "Load" and change your load to "Bank Transfer". There you'll see your 8-digit Account Number. That's what you need to input here.


HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you place an order and want to cancel it, don’t worry, this can be done as long as you haven’t dispatched the funds yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@weswapbuyback.com or call us on 0208 050 1536.

CAN I GET A REFUND OF MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund an order once we have transferred the funds into your WeSwap account. Don’t worry though as you are able to access these funds on your WeSwap Card anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard. Alternatively, you can save your funds for your next trip and swap into any of our 18 “wallet” currencies, or use your home balance to spend anywhere in the world and we’ll convert it for you on the spot.
